“The beginning is the most important part of the work” - Plato

Facing a blank canvas can be one of the biggest obstacles for any artist.  The aesthetic of Jaimee Motley Wines was created through the collaboration of extraordinary artists and friends.  I believe there is partnership in the magic that can come from a bottle of wine, and it is generated by the touch of a collection of people.

Alida Frey

Alida Frey was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Growing up, she spent her summers at camp in the Adirondacks of upstate New York, where she developed a curiosity for the magic of the woods and the idea of the untamed female. She received her BFA in painting and art history from Boston University in 2009. After completing a residency at the Pajama Factory in Williamsport, PA, in 2013, she moved to California by way of Brooklyn, NY. In 2014 she opened Harlequin Dime Studios in Felton, California. Today Harlequin Dime Studios lives nestled in the redwood mountains of Bonny Doon, California. There, with the company of three Great Danes, Alida continues to explore the magic of the wilderness in her paintings.

 Leigh Ann Beverley a.k.a. LA

Leigh Ann’s photography is featured on the website.
In the fall of 2014 Leigh-Ann left an 8 year career in the wine business to pursue what elevated her most.  She devotes her whole hearted energy to telling engaging stories through moving and still imagery.  She believes deeply in the force behind purpose and passion, and is fulfilled by the emotions she experiences when her work touches others.
When not behind the lens,  Leigh-Ann will most likely be found creatively planning music, food & wine experiences, playing her guitar, jogging, listening to music (loudly), getting out on the water,  cooking, or breaking bread with new and old friends.  Leigh-Ann has lived in Charleston, South Carolina for over 22 years of her life, but is deeply inspired by traveling to exhilarating places and meeting new faces all over the world.
